"I'm used to Sport Clips running late, but on the day I wanted a haircut before going to a wedding I ended up waiting 55min in store. I walked in, told them my name and that I checked in on-line, and then I waited just shy of an hour before an automated text message notified me they cancelled my appointment. Then I told someone what happened, she was clearly confused but assured me I'd be next in line, and then they still continued calling other names before me. I looked up and I was #19 on the waitlist. What an absolute joke."

"Checked in around lunch time today. Was told 20 minutes. Watched about a 8 guys come in after me and seated before me. So after an hour I left. Done come here. Used to come here all the time too."

"Checked in online and was told the time to arrive. Arrived at that time and still had a 20 minute wait. After 35 minutes, the screen in store stated “on deck” A gentleman arrives without checking in online and was seated immediately in front of me because he only needed a “neck trim” I left at that point. I decided to try one more time the next day, was told that my wait time would be 15 minutes, arrived in 15 minutes and waited for an additional 25 minutes. I won’t be going there again."
