CVS

"They NEVER have your prescriptions ready. Always say the doctors never sent it over or it'll be ready in 15-30 mins but it's never ready until 1-2 days later. They let some people wait in the line to have their prescriptions filled right there so it takes at least 30 minutes to even get to the front of the line. Now they open and close at random times because they never have a pharmacist working. Pharmacy never answers the phone and always refuses to transfer prescriptions to a different pharmacy even though they wont fill them there. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all."

"Since Amber became the pharmacist, this CVS has been an easy, stress-free experience (which is something considering most CVS's are completely dysfunctional). Amber is kind, understanding, and goes out of her way to help you. Under her management, this CVS has really turned around--you used to not even get prescriptions filled until you showed up and they would never answer the phone. Now your prescriptions are ready on time and there is always someone to speak to about your prescriptions."

"Please keep your receipt if you buy anything from here, and original packaging. I bought a charger that was for some reason stuffed into an apple case but was not apple. The apple barcode rang up as $20. When I went to return it without a receipt, EVEN THOUGH the pharmacist backed me up, the cashier decided I was lying or confused and only agreed to refund me $7 for a windows charger. I said that’s not what I paid and she just kind of stumbled a bit and re insisted on $7. I finally said ok and then went to buy a new charger that was $7- it rang up as $20 and I had to pay full price for it because the sale suddenly ended. The manager backed the cashier up the whole time. So unless you want to be called a liar and essentially robbed don’t get anything from here."

"I had a great experience. My eye drops were on order so I had to come back today to pickup that part of my prescription. The tech with the purple hair was super kind and the lead pharmacist on duty was as well. My littlest one started crying while we waited and they were super sweet about it. As a mother of two doing it solo I appreciated the kindness."

"I have gone in multiple times and it is very clean and organized. Everyone at counter is always friendly. I used the pharmacy for the first time today and there was a line for the drive-through so I went inside. There was about 6 people in front of me. It went by quickly and when I got to the front of the line, the lady getting my prescription was very friendly and patient. For a super busy pharmacy where they had a lot going on, I was surprised at how nice they were. When I left, there were another 5 people waiting for prescriptions."
