"Really bad experience. They don't pick up the phone. They don't call back the voice message. We drove 40 mins to their show room during their open time while the front desk said they only accept appointment."
"I wish I could give negative stars. I purchased a $1000 gesture chair, worked great for 2 months then every micro movement created a very loud sound, it got worse over the year. Contacted steelcase and they sent a new one, was perfect for 1 single day and the same problem. I can't be on conference calls and my cat is scared of the sound. Huge waste of money, these people are criminals for charging so much for such a poor product."
