"Design wise, they kill it but their customer service is a joke and non-existent. I bought an old brass lamp from them and it electrocuted me when I plugged it in. It literally used me as a ground (because the lamp isn't wired correctly) and ran out my feet into the concrete slab below me. I emailed them and never heard back."
