"I usually se a very nice humble and kind lady but I was told to go to a different person this time. She couldn’t file my nails so I had to remind her several times that I wanted the shape to be round and she was very annoyed the whole time. She saw a burn mark on my hand and put some kind of ointment ( looked like Vaseline) on it without me asking for it and they CHARGED me for it. The front desk lady was clearly ok with it since the nail lady ran over to her and told her to charge me for the nasty ointment, very disgusting behavior from both of them."

"I was soooooo disappointed. The place looked nice was clean and staff up front were friendly but the service performed was terrible. The girl that was performing my pedicure acted annoyed and made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I purchased the spa pedicure$48 halfway thru I clarified as by the description I was only receiving classic services$33. She NEVER even massaged my feet!!! Like literally my soles heels or toes we're never touched not even lotion applied.She rubbed my legs from the ankles up only and it was hard and awkward up and down my chin. I sat there baffled. Soooooo disappointed I spent that much money for a trim and polish."

"My husband and I came here because his favorite nail tech, Kayla, had relocated. The space is nice and clean with a pleasant spa feeling. Nice and bright in the front of the store and very relaxing in the pedicure area. Pedicure chairs recline to an almost lying down position. Liz did an excellent job on my pedicure. The prices vary for what you want and may be a little pricey for some people, but they do have a $30 express pedi. I got the parrafin dip pedi and Liz did a great job really taking her time. It was a big difference from the old place we went to where I paid about the same price. My husband got the Happy Feet and he enjoyed his experience as well, but he always enjoys Kayla's service. Kayla also did my nails. I was way more pleased with the turn out than what I received at the old spa (I am posting the old pics). It has been years since I have worn a full set or taken the time to get my nail done. May I add that they also have a Black nail tech working their. I noticed alot of people in the Severna Park area not wearing masks (7-Eleven in particular) so please be respectful of others and wear your mask when you visit. We will definitely make the 40 min trip again"
