"My issue with this nail salon is quality. I invested in dip and it barely lasted a week. I went to get 4 nails fixed and came home and the other nails began to chip. They have decent customer service, however, I never leaving feeling completely satisfied with my experience."

"Very bad customer service My little sister went in today to get her toes done and she was charged 56$ which is the price of a full set acrylic nails on all your toes but what she got was gel nail polish and french tips and paid 56$ ..I don’t know if it because she was alone and the took advantage to take money away from her ..she told her she didn’t like it and they did nothing about it and she paid 56$!!! For gel polish! No extra tips added ..no pedicure service was given and she paid 56$ for them ugly thing she did and only for me to send her back to talk to hthe lady or the man over the phone refused to give her back any money.that’s bad customer service ..very horrible! "I'm new to the Laurel area and was referred to this Salon. I completed three separate visits for S&S nails and pedicure. Although I was receiving the same service each time the price was different. On my last visit I was charged $115. Prior to that I was charged $90. I requested a receipt for clarification in the future. When I reviewed the receipt I was charged $10 for a massage and $5 for Stiletto nails. My nails are shaped naturally. Mimi provided my service and I tipped her $10 on top of the $115. I returned today 11/20/23 to inquire about the charges and showed a man what my nails looked like and told him that I never received a massage from her. He called Mimi over she looked me right in my face and said that she did give me a massage and walked away. She didnt acknowledge my nails. They argued for several minutes in their language then the man tells me that Mimi said she did what was on the receipt. I told him that I wanted my $15 back. My $15 was returned how i can not trust this business. They have lost me as a customer and I will never return! If you go Modo Nails you better request a receipt or you may get over charged"

"Visited this place in October 2020 and had a double experience. I decided to give it a second chance because everyone deserves that, right? No, I should have listened to my gut for the second time. My nails weren't cured properly so the gel is peeling in some places. The clear coat wasn't applied at the cuticle line on a couple nails. I asked for black glitter I got black polish with sparkles in it. Crystal adornments are coming off. All in less than an hour after I left the shop. I had a wedding to attend so I rushed home to shower and looked at my nails to find a disaster. Terrible quality of work coming out of this shop. I know we will never return. I can't wait to get these nails either repaired or soaked completely off. They charge way too much to be providing work this low in quality."
