"let me start off with that i was there for 4 hours. my appointment was at 2:30. i asked for acrylic nails at a long length with a simple french tip once i realized they couldn’t do extensive nail art. the entire time the technician was doing my nails the manager was watching over him as if he was being tested as a beginner. this was already concerning. when he finished the base it was decent and i was willing to pay $65 for it. however he then went on to do the french tip & couldn’t do it. he tried at least 5 times on one finger and this took around 30 minutes. he would do it, and then rub it off. over and over. another technician came over to do it for him, but then when he went to fill it in, he made the policy bumpy. these nails looked so big and they did not look shaped. they tried to charge me $115 plus tip. i refused because when i tell you these nails were not worth over $100. they were absolutely terrible and messy. i was devastated. i asked them to remove them. i was there for four hours and left with no nails. they were rough with their work as well. they also continued to blame the look of the nails in the length, however i have gotten long nails for years now and never once have they looked like this until i went to this place."
