"Sat here for 45 minutes and no one said that it was still a 30 min wait until I asked an employee when 3 other people came and were serviced. When I asked about why I was not serviced she stated the other people had appointments when I saw one come in as a walk-in this is poor customer service. The environment is poor as well. No sound or way to entertain the customers besides it’s extremely small. I will never come back or recommend this place. I couldn’t tell you if they did a good job because I never received the service I waited an hour for. Don’t waste your time. No joke I gave it to star because I had to put something"

"Terrible customer service experience. I typically get my eyebrows done at this establishment and will never visit again. I patiently waited for someone to do my eyebrows. After waiting for quite sometime a familiar customer walks in and they respectfully did her eyebrows as soon as possible even after I was patiently waiting. The worker advise me to sit in the other eyebrow chair and still did not receive services. I decided they did not deserve my money and walked out."

"Terrible place ,I tried explaining what I wanted but the technician was so aggressive and couldn't listen to what I wanted,all they do Is talk in their language and laugh paying no attention to client .This is not my first time there.I was giving them benefit of doubt but they turned out to be terrible for all the 3 times I have been there.I wish I could give them 0 star .Customer service zero,they seem not to understand one.such a shame. I will NEVER recommend such a horrible place."

"Completely dissatisfied with my services. I came in to get a fill in and a repair for one nail. At first I was told that it would be $75 for what seemed to me was a very simple design. Either way that is a ridiculous price for those services. $75 is how much I pay for a full set so instead, I just got a solid color and I used gel polish so it came to $55. Everything seemed fine until less than 24 hours later I started noticing small ripples on a few of my nails, mainly one of my thumbs. I took a shower and once I got out, the entire corner of my thumb was completely peeled. I hadn’t done anything strenuous or extreme since I had them done and I also got gel polish which is supposed to last way longer than regular polish, so there was no reason for that to be happening. I came back to the salon for them to fix it. The same person who did it the first time had did them over free of charge. She seemed to take extra caution by allowing my nails to dry under the UV lights longer, however my nails are still doing the same thing they were the first time; Ripples/air bubbles and chipping. I’m very upset because both times that I went my nails didn’t even last a week, let alone a couple of days and then for the prices to be that high makes this even more absurd. The prices should definitely be lowered until they can afford to get quality products that will last for the amount that they are trying to charge. The only reason I am not giving one star is because the lady was nice but I definitely will NOT be coming back."

"The place was great the make you sanitized ur hand and take your temperature at the entrance plus de clean and sanitize everytime a customer leave. My nail tech mimi was the bomb she did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely go there again."
