"I live around the corner from this shop and I will be going elsewhere from now on. I’ve only been there twice, and both times my nails were not what I asked for and we’re messed up before I left the shop. I asked for gel, both times, and both times I was given regular polish that smeared before I left… I figured the first time back in May was a fluke, but it just happened again today. I was hoping it was just a hiccup, but the technician didn’t even seem interested in fixing the issue and was blaming me for the mistake. I am also in service and hospitality, if I treated my guests this way I’d be out of a job. I will not be returning."
