"Worst place. Overcharge… Lady spilled nail polish on my leg when doing pedicure never even cleaned it up till I made her."

"I went today (11/13/2023) to get a gel fill and a gel pedicure. My first time ever at this location. I always bring my own gel polish so I don’t have to pay the extra charge to every nail salon I go to. One of the workers literally charged me $30 extra for “gel” because, in her words, “she painted my nails”. No other nail salon charges for gel when you bring your own color. You don’t charge the customer when they bring their own product. Then I was charged $10 for the length of my nail, mind you this is just a full not a new set. I should have paid $71 but ended up paying $111. Oh…they charge you extra for using your credit card as well! They were making up prices as she was doing my nails. She didn’t even start with normal pricing with my nails. I will never return here ever again…the establishment is trashed and dirty, I was freezing due to no heat, and they don’t even provided a detailed receipt. Never again. I honestly feel as though they are ripping people off with those prices…no wonder I was the only customer."

"Went in to get a nail fixed that I got done somewhere else. They wouldn't allow me to look at all the colors to match what I had and overall did a horrible job on the nail. She photo. She didn't even try to hide the nail line. I'm glad I didn't go for a full set!"

"The only reason I gave this one star was to write this review. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND BAD ATTITUDE. I went to do some short nails and it was the worst experience ever. The lady with the crooked eye did what she wanted, didn't even say hello to me, she just pushed the chair indicating for me to sit. I should have left right then."

"Literally just walked out this nail salon. First time had not been in the chair two seconds when the lady snatches my hand and then proceeds to cut me with the nail drill. I have never!!!! The absolute WORST!!"
