"Wanted double french tip Wasn't able to get it. Seems like the tech I was sent to didn't understand the style when I provided a photo of what I wanted. I asked for short but she did medium. She didn't charge me for the shape..which I didn't know was a thing. The nail tech was Kim. She seemed nice, but, not happy overall. They should send people to the most skilled. Waste of 50 bucks"
