"My experience was really bad, I did a full leg waxing, a manicure and pedicure, waxing, I thought it was ok, but when I got home and took a shower I saw many spots that were missing and I end up shaving, pedicure, I was convinced to do gel, but the woman that was doing it had a bad temper she was rushing and every time I would let her know about the color having to repeat many times she just didn’t get it and just argue in her lenguaje with coworkers, who knows what she was saying, I was very uncomfortable, manicure was worse, she made a mistake on my design and tried to convinced me that it was because she was looking the picture upside down, again she was just arguing, it seemed like she was fighting with the manager or coworkers, trying to find out who’s fault it was, it was a disaster, I just wanted to have a nice and relaxing spa moment, with 2 kids and a full time job and priorities first it is not something that I can do often, this practice doesn’t know how to treat customers, they may not care about new customers because I’m not going back and I don’t recommend this place at all, and it was expensive for a very pour job,"
"If I could give my experience today a 0 I would. I came in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure before I had my baby next week, so I was looking to relax. My pedicure was awful. It started off okay but then he started yelling really loud to his colleagues and there was an awful sewage smell. He didn’t lotion my feet after the callus removal and didn’t finish rubbing in the lotion on my legs, so when he pulled my pant legs down they stuck to my legs. My manicure was rushed as well and ended up looking awful. Chunky in the ends, glitter was patchy, and there were places that he missed. He then proceeded to use cuticle oil instead of lotion on my hands so they were super greasy and felt gross. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience and it was by far the worst. I used to come here a lot but I guess it’s gone down hill. I will not be returning"
"Very bad services the lady was with attitude and rude when I told her I didn't want to go gel just regular mani , she didn't clean the cutiticules all way not even put hand lotion throw my hands and said none took 5 min just mani $25 mani with not to much efforts regretted!!!"
