"one of your employees was incredibly rude, it was a woman with curly hair in a ponytail and tan skin, as soon as i walked up she said “what do you want” in an annoyed tone, then when i asked a question she just said “ask him not me” again seemingly annoyed, not sure why she had an attitude? it wasn’t close to closing and my question wasn’t unreasonable.. maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t mean you can be rude to customers."

"We had a great experience twice in this store in one day. While the shoe depot down a bit didn’t have the shoes my daughter wanted, this place did. We came home and my son was jealous so we again went back and we found the perfect pair of shoes for him. Both staff members we worked with were extremely helpful, nice, polite, and friendly. I will most definitely give this lace my business again. Great experience both times!"

"The girl (Sydney) I believe was is very rude. They also didn’t have the size I needed in a very common tennis shoe style. She was very rude when relaying that they didn’t have the size then quite literally stomped off."

"I am very upset and wouldn’t buy at this location again. Hopefully the one in Woodbridge is better. I have been looking at a VANS shoes for two weeks for my daughter. They didn’t have her size and the gentleman even look at the bottom of shoes where the price was. It states $59.99. So I came almost everyday to see if they had her size. Today when I go in again they finally have her size. She rings it up and it was a different price from the sticker. Now it rings up $64.99. I told and showed her that the tag says $59.99. She states that some employees didnt know what they were doing and I had to pay it at $64.99. Well I had no choice cuz it was a birthday present for my daughter. I just won’t shop at this one and I’m going to tell everyone! It was that price for two weeks and 3 different employees had looked at it and now you tell me it was tagged mistakenly!"

"I am obsessed with Converse lo sneakers and at 30 pairs, ones that I don't have are hard to find. At Journey's, they have a great selection in store and on line. The staff have been so attentive and patient. Thanks to the sales girl today, I bought my first pair of Van's and I haven't worn Van's since I was a child living in CA."
