"I have been going to this nail salon for a while and I noticed after a long time that I had been getting ripped off every single time. I was making payments via Zelle to Tracy (who is the main culprit) and each time she would say a different amount. I got a gel nail color change, an eyebrow wax and a pedicure and I was charged $150. I had been going there for about a year and I am so disappointed to find this out. I never bothered to look at the price list so it was very easy for them to pull this off over a long period of time. I got the same service yesterday and I was charged $100 so I can only imagine how much I have lost to this dishonest establishment."

"I wish I could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service and the techs here significantly lack skill and respect for customers. I came here to get a nail fixed after it broke 2 days after they installed it. It took 2 hrs and 3 nail techs and I still walked out of here with a bleeding nail, a different color, shape and length than the rest. Then Lynn and Gigi and Hai all argued and yelled at me, blamed me for their error end for asking them to fix it instead of apologizing and finding a solution. I will not be coming here and will be telling other customers I referred not to either. So disappointing."
