"Purchased a Gettysburg Bar and Return through a billiards retailer. We loved the bar quality and finish, until our movers lost the plate bracket that secures the two pieces together. We contacted ECI directly three times via their online contact form to try to purchase a replacement with no response. They have no listed phone number. We reached out through our retailer who after a week was unable to get any support either. We tried Lowe's, Home Depot, and Ace Hardware, and no one carries a similar plate bracket. If you're going to sell furniture with custom pieces, you need to supply replacement parts. With these two pieces unable to connect, the whole bar can easily rock and slide independently of each other and makes for a flimsy cheap feeling."

"Been here a couple of times for a pick up. Surprisingly a lot of room in back at the docks. Quick loading. If you get a chance run down the street to the El Punto sandwich shop. Get the El Gordo , he'll better get two. You're gonna want another one"

"Spent $1400 dollars on a bar and the bottom part of the bar base the brass step plates were installed on the back instead of the front, the Guiness plate on front was dented and laminate was peeling. I would think that if a company was selling products at that price the quality control inspection would catch those issues before packaging and sending it out to the stores. This was all noticed during the unboxing. Also there is no customer service phone number to speak with anyone."

"We ordered barstools via a buyer in Wisconsin, and the order is now a month late, with no responses from ECI on status requests. Refusing to provide any customer service or updates on fully paid orders leaves me questioning the quality of the product itself as well. Very dissatisfied with ECI thus far"
