"Disappointed with Recent Furniture Purchase Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience with a recent sofa set purchase. We found what seemed like a great deal on a sofa set at Jerusalem about a 5-6 month ago. Unfortunately, within that short time, the thread started to loosen a month after the purchase. Fast forward to now, and the backside of the couch is falling apart because a wooden beam has fallen off. It's worth mentioning that my partner and I don't have any children, so it's not due to rough handling. I was initially referred to by a friend, but based on this experience, I would strongly advise against shopping there. Quality issues like this are disappointing, especially considering we thought we were getting a reasonable price. Stay far away from if you're looking for reliable and durable furniture."

"Called up a couple of times , manager answered the phone , very professional , went in and got approved for a superb mattress & dining room table , the delivery guys just left , very professional , quick & efficient. Thanks Jerusalem Furniture !!!"

"We was at the furniture store that store and then they said we can't buy this bed cuz we look for it and we had a lot of money and then they kicked us out the store because we just wanted this bed and there wasn't there and then my mom said what are there please call me back like the bed I wanted because it was a million dollars and they said no cuz we looked poor and then they kicked us out the store and then when was the last time I went there and I sue them for a 1 million dollars and I want and now that store"

"This place is horrible and not about making business. I tried to purchase sectional sofas, I asked if they have them in stock? they said “yes”. After speaking to management about a promised free delivery. I was offered the display (WOW) I called the next morning, spoke to a young lady. She said they were available at the wear house. It’s a shame he was trying to sell me the display sofas at regular price. Don’t recommend this place."

"If they tell you they’re bringing a delivery in the morning that mean they will come afternoon lie lie lie and they make you seem like you’re the bad guy not saying sorry for the mistake or nothing they have no respect for the customers as soon as they get the money from you this it they don’t care about you anymore never spend money with them again"
