"We had a great experience shopping at the Joybird showroom in Philly! They have the couch we had been interested in purchasing, and the manager we worked with Charlie was patient with all of our questions. He provided swatches of fabric to take home so we were able to see which fit best with our wall color. He wasn’t pushy at all and helped make the purchase smooth once we decided it was for us. Delivery was easy as well!"

"We had a Wonderful experience at Joybird today. I was extremely nervous. I have never gotten brand new furniture before but we just bought our first home and a fresh start was needed. We were met by Justin and he is PERFECTION! He set us at ease and the made the process much less stressful. We ended up with a Full Lewis Collection Suite - the couch, 2 chaise lounges & 2 Ottomans in a beautiful Peacock color. He gave us a great deal & treated us to 2 pillows that complemented our seating. I had wanted to shop at Joybird for a long time. Being able to go to their showroom was an absolute pleasure. "I was hesitant to purchase a couch online without seeing it in person, so I was pleasantly surprised to find an actual Joybird showroom in Philadelphia. I thought the inventory would be limited, but it is actually two floors and had every piece from their website I wanted to try out. Their sales rep Sadie was exceptionally friendly + knowledgeable, and even took the time to drape several fabric choices over the display couch to help make a visual decision (they have a ton of fabrics to choose from). They do not pressure you to buy anything in the store but will create a saved cart with the pieces you liked. Even if you aren’t on the market for furniture, it’s a fun showroom to browse. Will definitely be back again - thanks again Sadie!"

"Absolutely love my new couch. Such a great efficient experience. Visited the showroom in Philadelphia. Scott Lee helped me and my mom (who also bought the Anton). Scott was attentive, but not pushy. Showed us different options for couches and colors. He sent us link with exactly what we talked about to make the order process easy. I ordered it online and used Apple Pay right before thanksgiving. Delivery estimate was for the first week of January and we just received it two weeks early! Also the delivery service (we live outside Philadelphia) was spectacular. Allowed us to do everything online. Pick the date and on the day of we could see where the drivers were. Couch is very comfy. A little stiffer than the one in showroom but that’s expected. We need a new couch in our vacation home and we will get a Joybird. I never review and never give 5 stars but these guys check all the boxes. Great price, great options, friendly and helpful service before and after purchase. Thanks Scott and Joybird !"
