"I do NOT recommend this nail salon. Mina is the manager and her parents own the salon and I believe this has fueled a lot of her ego. When you are paying for a service, you deserve quality work. Mina is quite rude and if you even mention something you'd like done differently than what she has done "for 17 years" she immediately takes extreme offense to it. She does not care about the customer and said to me several times that I could leave and she didn't care because she's been doing this for "17 years" and no longer has the patience for her customers. She even told me to tell the people that I had referred her way and to post a review if I want to, letting everyone know not to come to her because she has a bad attitude and horrible temper. I will never return to this salon and advise you don't even waste your time or money here. The quality of work is subpar for what you're paying and the insult to injury with the rude attitudes and serious lack of customer service. If I could, I would give ZERO stars. What a shame."

"What I asked for versus what I got. Do not come to the shop go anywhere else. Racism and unprofessional is their motto! I came in here and showed Kim the owner a picture of the Nails on the right.She said she could do it. She made me an appointment for 6 o’clock didn’t start me until 6:25. tThen barely said sorry. You can see on the left the finished product. I expressed my concern and was told that’s the best she can do. She kept getting up to assist other people during my appointment. I tried to ask her to fix my nails she refused. I came back the next day she tried to play as if she was too busy. They are lucky I came back after the last time when she put my eyelashes on top of my eyelid and try to charge me $45. Honestly they’re outdated and need to get with the times they need a new manager or new ownership to help with the customer relations because the customer service is terrible. I should not feel like I was dismissed after paying almost $100 for some Nails that I am not satisfied with."
