"Very nice lady took care of my manicure"
"have been going to this salon for years...quality has gone down terribly. I know of multiple people including myself who have gotten literal fungus under my nail beds from the service here. The workers here change their prices to something different every visit and the quality never matches the price. have been charged $50 then $49 then $55 for a square gel fill and my nails always look like jelly beans. none of them know how to shape a nail or paint one without it looking bulky, especially the manager. god forbid you ask one of them to do simple classic french which was extra $5 on top of the french charge for it to not just be a thick line on the top of my nail because it's "extra work" my last visit i had multiple coats on one nail and one coat on others. asked for square and they were bulky and round on the sides. when i tried asking to correct it she said they were already dry and she didn't wanna redo the whole thing... again. and then they all have the nerve to harass customers into a TIP. no manners. none. terrible place, recommend the salon by the clock tower in herndon over this place 1000%"
"It’s unfortunate that wanting good service is considered picky. I have been coming to the salon for over 25 years. My nail tech is on an extended vacation back to her country so she had recommended another nail tech. I was thoroughly disappointed as you can see all the paint lines. My real disappointment came from the owner. Tina told me she could not make an appointment for me because she didn’t have anyone that can do my nails without me complaining. The sad part about it is is it took her 10 minutes to make that point because she kept trying to tellh me that the shop was completely busy in two weeks and that there was nobody there that could do my nails. Please look at the picture below because I don’t feel as though wanting someone to evenly paint your toes should be an issue. It’s sad that Tina would allow loyal customers to go elsewhere."
"The worst place ever to do eyelash extensions. Looks they use crazy glue on my lashes because all of my own lash came out. I don’t recommend this place."
"My first 2 visits were great but not today. The pedicure was ok. But when She did my French manicure it was awful. Too much rushing. Im not going back. Instead of doing new French nails she said I only need fill. But i think it was because she was rushing to take next customer."
