"Walked in there today like I have for a few months. It’s 08/31/23 today and I only walk in for eyebrows. I was sat on a waiting chair when a roach (or what looked very similar to a roach) crawled on my hand. I screamed - as I have a phobia but apparently that was insulting to Amy because “it’s not even a roach.” Inch and a half in size and golden brownish color- I assumed it’s a roach. What’s worse is that I sat there only to hear Amy talk to another customer about me and the “roach/bug” situation. That’s when I shouted across the room and apologized for saying something that may have offended her. But did that stop her and the customer (regular) from continuing to talk “in secret” not knowing that I can hear them loud and clear-no. I got up and apologized one last time and left. The reason for me apologizing- bc I may have actually offended someone with my choice of words calling it a roach. And I probably would’ve stayed and continued to go back but unfortunately- it’s was the part where Amy choose to entertain a conversation about me and the situation while I sat there. That’s just really unpleasant and uncomfortable.. especially when I sincerely apologized."

"Stopped in for a pedicure. The service started out weird when he didn't fill the water up and just started on the pedicure. He tried to use a dirty used foam scrubber on my feet then had the nerve to get an attitude when I told him not to touch me with it. I had to yank my foot out of his hand and then he threw that dirty thing in the pedicure bowl so took my feet out of water. He asked me what I was doing and I told him again that I didn't want that dirty scrubber anywhere near me.... he rushed the rest of the service. Needless to say, the negative reviews were on point. Won't be going back again!"

"EVERYONE HERE IS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!Today is February 13, 2023, I decided to try this place again after walking out 7 years ago because of how rude they were. SEVEN YEARS LATER STILL RUDE!!! Yes the shop is dingy looking but looks like they are in the process of doing some upgrades. The guy that did my pedicure i guess he is the husband did do a good job, but if you are looking for a nice experience Forget it!!"

"They do theee best eyebrows here! I would suggest to go here on a weekday just because they are super busy on the weekends, but if you have to come here on a Saturday be there as soon as they open. I’ve been going here for over almost a year to get my eyebrows done and I won’t go anywhere else."
