Target

"I am a faithful and committed target customer. Tonight I was treated as nothing, sub human if you ask me. Disclaimer. I’m not a feedback person, but tonight I truly believe something needs to be to be said and documented. I’m pretty understanding, and don’t have issues with most corporate customer service industries, to include airlines, fast food, and retail. Tonight, is different. Here is why I feel this way, I arrived at the Andorra target location @ 9:50pm I was not allowed in the store and verbally told I couldn’t come in even though there were no posted signs, changes or any documentation provided with stores updated shopping hours. I was confused at first then I realized that the store is closing earlier than what is posted. This is unfair, and how else would I know to come before 9:50 pm. I mean what is to stop them from changing it to 9:30pm?! Thumbs down target. I hope you have approval and authorization from your corporate office. I already didn’t want to come to your unorganized, poor customer service having location. In other words do better. I might apply to be a manager here just to make sure the values, standards, and policies of target and their shareholders are upheld and maintained. Also this is the first time, even though I never documented the attitude of the workers who seem very disgruntle and make you feel bad for asking or needing their assistance. Sincerely a frustrated ex customer!"

"Their customer service is horrible. I ordered ornaments hooks for drive up service. I get home and it’s the wrong thing. So I have to drive there today and explain what happened. The young lady at the customer service desk said it wasn’t a problem to return what they messed up but I couldn’t get the item myself in store and pay what I paid online. It’s only right for them to honor that because THEY made the mistake!! A disgrace!!"

"There, my husband and I purchase some veggies as well as cat food. The costs are reasonable. The personnel are always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean."

"Prices are astronomical and stores layout is unsafe. First of all everything is behind glass. Very frustrating maybe get that taken care of, then the prices. This is abhorrent for the prices. You lock everything up and then charge a premium to pay for the glass cases it’s locked behind and have to wait for an employee. Also the store is very small and unimpressive. If you need something I would strongly recommend going to a farther away target or a grocery store. First time I’ve seen a target so unusual and prison like. Safety is lacking here, the check out line is cordoned off into the aisles and would make it very difficult to exit the store in case of an emergency."

"A wonderful local "neighborhood" Target. With a Starbucks, that is much easier to park at than down the street. The AC is great, so it's a cool place to shop during in the hot humid days of summer."
