"Made an appointment several days ahead of time for 1pm for my friend and myself. They started my friends nails around 1, didn’t have someone free until 40 minutes later to do my nails. What’s the point of taking appointments if you aren’t going to honor them?? What a waste of time."

"I wish I would have read the reviews. I had a gift card so I scheduled an appointment, moved back to Ashburn and was looking for a nail home. Arrived at 3:00pm and did not leave until 4:45. All I got done was a gel pedicure. I wanted a manicure as well but feared that would take another 1 hour and 45 minutes. My nails look horrible as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"I went to this business 12/23/2022. I will NEVER be back. I asked for a gel pedicure. It took two and a half hours for the service to be completed. The first thirty minutes of my pedicure my feet were not even placed into water. After the half energy (and 30 second, I timed the second one) massage i got, the woman doing the service got up and was replaced by a man. He immediately began reshaping my toes as she had done a terrible job. He filed them down so far that it hurt. He then rinsed my feet off and did not reapply oil or lotion. He attempted to apply the first polish that was a glitter color, but was unable to do so so he had me choose another color. When he was finally done he left me with ashy feet and I had to ask for oil and rub it in myself. When I spoke to the owner Ms.Mimi, she told me that the best she could do is give me a polish change or 50% off. Why would I come back again and pay for you to fix what you messed up? My toenail literally was filed down so low it hurts after I told them I did not want them cut down at all. Do not go here, you will regret it. I took these pictures immediately after leaving."
