"I would advise to never ever use best buy as an online store or as a pick up delivery. Their customer care is absurd and cannot guarantee you your product if even the slightest problem comes up. Do yourself a favor and avoid them I know i will for the rest of my life."
"Best Buy did not inform me that my purchase would take 3 months to receive. The retail assistant was not forth coming with my delivery, and I have not been able to contact him to let him know. Best Buy needs to give better information when it comes to deliveries of large purchases. I give them a two star because the retail assistant was nice and somewhat helpful."
