"I would not recommend the TSA PreCheck service here. The system for walk-in service is down and has been down for 3 months according to the staff. They will not help you if you do not have an appointment. It’s probably best to go to another location if you need this done."

"This is a pretty busy store, and so it's typically pretty disorganized. It doesn't seem like they get a lot of attention from corporate. Staff do their best with what they are given and will do whatever they can to help you. Sometimes it takes them a little while to get through a transaction but it seems to be due to a glitchy, neglected computer system rather than lack of knowledge on the part of the staff."
