"I was disappointed if I’m being honest. My nails were rushed and uneven. As well as she made my cuticles bleed from drilling to much. I tried to call them and they won’t answer their phone. They ended up disconnecting it because it immediately goes off as soon as it starts to ring."

"These ladies are great! They do get extremely busy at times. Especially on a Saturday between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Even when you have an appointment, you may still have to wait 10 or 15 minutes to get into a chair. But I have found the more they get to know you the more accommodating they become. I go there all the time, and I will not go anywhere else. I am willing to wait the 10 or 15 minutes because I enjoy them, and they have become very accommodating. And the more accommodating they are the better nail service I get. Is that right? Maybe and maybe not. But I love their service."
