"I had a pedicure and while removing old nail polish they cut my cuticles and made them bleed. I told one of the techs that for some reason my cuticles were stinging. When I noticed the blood I spoke with the manager and expressed how painful and uncomfortable the experience was. They did not get a first aid kit and clean the wounds. They also had me pay full price for the service. They are not only unsanitary but incompetent. The manager was rude and expressed no concern for my injury or comfort. You can contract multiple infections from wounds at nail salons and they treated me as if I just wanted a free service."

"If i could rate negative stars i would. Worst place to go spend your money. I made an appointment for the evening they weren’t busy yet my appointment was so rushed. The man who did my nails rushed when I asked him to make my nails french tip and it looks like a toddler painted them, I had expressed my concerns about the tips not covering my whole nail base and it was brushed off. To top it all off he left glue all over my fingers by the new nails. The nails are uneven and the polish is chipping. The acrylic doesn’t cover my full nail so they are already lifting from all sides in less than a week of having them. Very poor customer service and treatment. Will not be returning to this salon nor recommending. $80 was a rip off."

"Fancy nails was amazing, caring, reasonable, and produced quality nails. I had a horrible experience at VS Nails and went to Fancy Nails and they saved the day! I couldn’t be more pleased with my nails and will be coming back. Thank you so much for treating me like family and doing a wonderful job! Best pedicure and full set I’ve ever had with taking the time and providing exceptional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Awful place to go spend your hard earned money. I made an appointment this morning they were not even busy. The lady who did my nails rushed and slammed things when I asked her to make my nails round ugh to top it all off she left glue all over my fingers by the new nails. The nails are uneven and the polish is mediocre at best. I was gifted this for Mothers Day and my granddaughter is getting married in like a week. Very poor customer service and treatment When I paid my bill my person who did my nails rang me out was still upset because I didn’t want square nails or something? Not sure she was still slamming stuff. Horrible experience. Won’t be back Rude people"

"I came to visit my sister and I showed the nail tech JOE the picture that I wanted, he did a fabulous job! with my nails it looks identical to the photo I showed, Everyone was so sweet! For those of you that had a bad experience I highly recommend going to the nail tech I went too!!!! thank you again I love them"
