"Walked in last night for a fill @6:20pm, when they close @8pm. The guy at the front, told me they were booked for the day.. but there was not one client in the spa. They all had their lunch bags, on the tables and visibly were ready to go. Trust me, I love leaving work early too, but to close almost 2 hours early, with no sign on the door, etc and to lie and say you are booked? Really rubbed me the wrong way! I have seen other reviews of them saying 'Come back tomorrow'- seems like a LAZY business owner. Unfortunately I will not be back, and don't recommend this business!!!"

"Very disappointed and won’t be back. Been coming here for almost a year. They rubbed me the wrong way today. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted. The tech says he could do it. And told me to pick my color. Didn’t bother to help me pick the color like most techs. That irritated me, but I tried my best to get the closest colors. Once he start putting it on, of course it doesn’t look like pic. So I told him I needed something darker. He seemed to have an attitude, but went a got another color that was totally off. He got upset, and basically told me he don’t understand what I want. I ask for the owner and he tells me he can’t do my nails like the pic and I need to pick my own colors. Like what? I thought as professionals they would be able to do better than this. This was a very simple job with no designs just polish and I was feeling really generous today but he blew it!!"

"Kevin is an awesome nail artist. I've been going to him for 3 years religiously. Anna gives the best pedicure and truly cares about your eyebrows. Steve has been there since day 1 and does a really fantastic pedi and does well with nails also. I wouldn't go anywhere else. P.S. the modern decor and beautiful fixtures make you feel fancy."

"The first photo is what was asked for and the last two are what the outcome was. I had a pink sparkly color picked out but the man who did the service said it would be better with purple and just started putting it on. It looks horrible. I paid $55 dollars for this plus a tip. I would NOT recommend."
