"Part of spilt rock organization. I received a sinus infection from the a/c vents not being cleaned. No front desk in building 6. Front doors were always wide open so did not feel safe."

"The room we were given was absolutely filthy. The space under the headboard was absolutely coated in various hair, copious amounts of thick furry dust and what looked like sawdust. There were dead bugs on the box spring and in the pictures on the wall the bed skirt had what looked like urine on it and the end table was covered in a mold like substance. Never brought our bags in and I will feel forever unclean after stepping foot in here. Avoid this place like the plague!!"

"The room is pretty nice. No central air but 2 window units. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living room dining room full kitchen fireplace. We had many issues but in about a 3 hours all were resolved. Kuddos to the staff!. Movie theater played 3 free movies each day, water park and bowling alley have a cost. While on vacation we watched 4 free movies at split rock theater. 8 gone based on a true story, red eye, dred and dream big the peanuts movie."

"House keeping came into my room while I was staying at the resort and they stole a multiple items from my family including one of our cell phones. Management tried to blame us for the theft but once the police got involved the phone magically appeared on site 1 week after my family left. They then stopped returning my calls. And they never issued the formal written apology they promised to my family. If I didn't own here I would never return. But if anyone is looking to purchase a timeshare really cheap and doesn't. Care about there personal property please contact me. I have a spot for sale."
