"I’ve never had a bad experience. The last time I went, I had pulled a muscle in my neck so the woman doing my pedicure got me a warm towel to keep on it. She even showed me some pt exercises that helped her. Where else do you get that kind of service with a pedicure?? Love these guys."
"They kept forgetting about me as my nails were drying. I waited about an hour for my nails to dry, had to call over someone to check, and they still smeared at the end. When my nails smeared they tried to convince me it looked fine, but the polish is very clearly gone. Then they said trust smeared bc of my shoes. Well I’m not sure what most people do, but I certainly don’t wear flip flops in the dead of winter when it’s raining heavily outside. I’ve gotten pedicures before where I’ve put on shoes after, but since the nails were dry, and the salon checked, it was fine. Additionally, they only put the drying agent on one toenail…why bother? Worst experience I’ve had at a salon."
"So not only did my nails not match the color I picked but they aren’t the shape I wanted. Also they DRILLED my cuticles. I don’t really get my nails done but I’m pretty confident that’s not supposed to happen. Also I don’t know If this is normal but my nails are THICK like she didn’t file them down. Also when checking out my friend was paying for me but based off of the price we thought it was for the both us already so we didn’t think to add that she was also paying for me. But after we payed (only for hers) she looked at me and said “okay your total is $60” and I was like “oh we are paying together” and she gave us the BIGGEST eye roll and said “say that next time” in a tone that no one who works with customers should give. Also not to mention she was laughing to other coworkers about my friends hands and “how long her fingers were” and we only understood what she was saying because in English she said to my friends face while giggling “your fingers are so long”. That is completely unacceptable and unprofessional to do to any client especially in front of them."
"RUN!! Do not even think about going to this place! I was a first time customer, in town for work travel staying at the Courtyard Marriott Mchenry Row and was initially so thrilled there was a nail salon in walking distance to my hotel. I asked for a powder dip French manicure and a regular polish pedicure, and made sure they were aware I only had 2 hours to get this done, because I had to go to the airport to pick up a colleague. I called in advance, made the appointment and spoke to the owner who scheduled me just that. She said no problem. I arrived on time, the nail tech didn’t even introduce herself, or ask me my name for that matter. I asked for a French Powder dip manicure and she used DARK PINK for the base! I asked if that was the normal pink shade for French because it looked much pinker than I remember every other time I got my nails done. She pretended not to understand English and ignored me. Meanwhile, throughout the course of her doing my nails, the owner, and some other nail tech that worked there kept stopping by to observe my nail tech’s progress and proficiency it seemed. They of course were speaking Vietnamese so I had no clue what they were arguing about. My nails looked like Barbie Pink fake plastic uneven, embarrassing result that took 2 hours and 15 minutes and charged me full price. I will need to get my nails redone asap and pay my normal nail tech at home to fix this mess. Don’t give this establishment your business or your money. They have zero integrity and do shoddy work. I can’t believe they haven’t been shut down. Give your business to someone that earns it and appreciates it, and there are plenty of other nail salons to go to. I took a picture so you could see how bad their quality of work is."
"I got a nail design that did not last 24hrs. I went back the next day to have the rhinestones replaced and they still fell off within 3 days of getting my nails done. I told the technician she was not using enough glue and she did not listen. I also asked for coffin shape and she told me my nails would break if she did that shape and gave me square round nails. I likely won’t go back because I feel like I lost money on the design that fell off before the weekend was over and I do not like the shape at all. The fact that I had to go back and my design still fell off was disappointing. I get my nails done the same way and the rhinestone have never fallen off in hours, let alone a few days. You can see the leftover glue. It’s very tacky and I want to get them redone but again it’s only been 3 days! Not paying someone else to fix this."
