"The most beautiful nail salon I’ve get been to with the most friendly employees. I got my toes done and the amazing woman named Jocelyn came to help me. She helped me get comfortable treated me great in that chair. She is the only one I go to when I go to the shop cause her expertise is unmatched."
"I walked in on a Friday afternoon and, even though they seemed pleasantly busy, they were able to seat me in a minute or so. I got my first dip manicure (OPI 109) and the technician seemed to know what she was doing. The manicure ended with a quick cure of the top coat, some cuticle oil, and a brief massage with lotion. On the whole, it was a nice experience, and I walked out with a clean, simple, and polished look. My ONLY concern is that the esthetician used what seemed to be a communal pot for the dipping process, which is the least hygienic way to apply this kind of manicure (or so I've read). If cross-contamination and potential infection are top concerns for you, then this spot may not be where you want to get your dip manicure done."
"I never give negative reviews, but I was compelled to after being disrespected by a rude elderly Asian man at Inspire Nail Bar & Spa. From the moment I got into the salon, he was very unhelpful & answered rudely, “I don’t know to every nail polish question I asked him.” Does offering customers clarity not come with the Job? As if that was not enough, he was so rough with taking off my acrylic nails that he cut off my nails too. When I noticed what he did with my right hand, I told him in a respectful way that I noticed he had cut the acrylic nails too low with the clipper so he could go easy on my other hand; he got angry because I had a voice in my affair, felt I should be grateful that he was even doing my nails, stood up, and said I would have to wait for another manicurist to work on my nails. He treated me like I was getting free service, and maybe where he comes from, women are not allowed to have a voice. Even when I was so upset about how he treated me, he didn’t listen to what I had to say, did not apologize, rudely got on the phone right in front of me & ignored me for the rest of the encounter. I had to wait until someone else to do my nails. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone, particularly people of color, because after someone else took over my manicure & pedicure, I observed that he was very docile toward his white clients. IF I COULD GIVE THIS NAIL SPA ZERO STARS OR NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would."
"Pros- I’ve always been able to get an appointment, sometimes even same day. Cons- Bad quality. I’ve been getting dip powder manicures for years and this is the only place where my nails have peeled and chipped in a less than a week. They should last at least 2 weeks with no issues, more often 3 weeks. This salon also uses UV light with dip powder manicures, which is wrong. Dip nails don’t require UV light."
"Came here last weekend for a mani & pedi—called ahead to make a reservation so no wait when I got there! The salon is huge—super spacious and clean. They offer a complimentary drink—options were wine, champagne or mimosa, which was a nice treat! For my pedicure, I got the Sea Breeze—overall it was okay, the tech was not that gentle, but my toe nails came out good. I got the gel manicure—I chose different shades of purple. I was not happy with how one of my nails turned out, so I asked to have it fixed—my tech fixed it right away! Overall, happy with my manicure. Pricing is a bit high here compared to other nail salons I’ve been to. Staff were nice but not really chatty at all."
