"Shopped here for years but won’t be coming back. My child touched a manikin and the staff not only gave us dirty looks but also badmouthed us in as we were browsing the store, chatting loudly for us to hear. We were going to get couple items but decided to walk away and never come back. In other words great products -poor poor service."

"The sales clerk needs to train how to handle costumers. She doesn't have good costumer service. She talks like she's in a ball park commanding players to do what she wants. Yeah it's a she."

"I was in the store in Potomac mills Va and the manager at the counter was extremely Rude , we asked her for a price and she literally rolled her eyes, like if we were going to ask her for something free . I hope the District manager of this location stop by and give her a training how to provide customer service ."

"I never give reviews of any kind, but today me and my family were treated the worst at this store by the Manager which I think her name is Amber by reading all the bad comments about her. I can’t believe they still have her as an employee at this store!! with all the bad comments and the descriptions they give how they were treated that’s exactly the same way we were treated. She is rude, she has 0 customer service skills. I hope the change her otherwise we won’t be shopping there anymore."

"Came into the store and a customer that got there before me was yelling at the lady at the register over a return they couldn’t process. another customer yelling at the only other cashier in a completely different language and he had no clue what she was saying. I had a few questions so i had to wait 10 MINUTES before anyone could answer my 2 questions. at the time i was annoyed but realized who i should be blaming instead of the workers who are clearly getting disrespected. I can only imagine what they deal with throughout there day as i was only in there about 20-30 minutes. embarrassing on us as customers. only making this review because the first lady that couldn’t get her return said she’d be leaving a nasty review .."
