"When they first opened they were great! They would offer you champagne and give you those wax bags for your feet. They really went the extra mile. I came here two weeks ago and the nail tech cut my toe without telling me and I was bleeding in the water. I noticed the pain but didn’t pay it any mind. When i looked down I noticed she was using a cotton ball and it was covered in blood. Needless to say I told her to stop the services. I came back today, and Lisa was washing her hair in the foot basin!! I was appalled and disgusted. I immediately left. I will not be coming back here."

"So happy I found this place! After running around all day it's nice to be able to get your nails done until 11p. I showed up at 930p and was surprised to see other people in there. There's a huge selection of nail polish colors and many seats to get serviced. The seats are the kind with the massage option but these are the only type I've had to massage my booty too!Two large sceeen TVs and friendly service was the icing on top. I will definitely be back!"

"I thought it was my LUCKY day I was sadly mistaken. Problem #1: I asked the price for a full set with chrome tips. $70.00. I began to leave so Lisa changed the price to $55. Problem #2: They started my nails than changed the price back to $70.00. Claiming Lisa made a mistake. Problem #3: It's dark in this location so I went outside in the sunlight; I noticed my nails weren't chrome. Just pink and with a clear coat. Problem #4: I went back in to question the chrome and they began speaking another language with no resolution. 1 star review and unsatisfied customer. Believe the reviews!"

"This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my entire life. I came in today to have my gel polish removed and to receive a manicure without polish in order to give my nails a chance to breathe. The nail tech completely rushed through the appointment. I had to ask to have my nails trimmed, to have them correctly filed/re-trimmed of jagged edges, she did not take care of any dry/dead skin or my cuticles. Based on this alone, I am terrified to see what my nails would have looked like if they had been painted. When I went to pay, I was not surprised to find that this would cost $25.00. However, I was surprised to find that when I asked for change for a $20.00 in order to tip, the tech brought back two tens. I consider myself a generous tipper, but please see the attached photos.. in no way did this service warrant a $10.00 tip. These photos look like the “before” of a long overdue manicure. I absolutely will not be returning, and would caution anyone to avoid at all costs if they plan to patronize this salon."

"I truly don’t understand why these people are still in business. They do whatever they want to your nails and don’t fix it. They have a lengthy wait time and it’s sad because it’s alwaysss empty. The older lady is the rudest of them all. And the small lady with the glasses doesn’t listen to any direction. She just nods and smiles. It’s frustrating honestly. The only time I have a good experience is when Tommy is there. The guys in this nail salon are what holds it together. The women are rude. No respect"
