"The advertised photos are the owner's work! Of course, she only accepts favored clients/friends. Almost all the nail techs do not speak English with no nail tech license. Check the certifications on the wall! I've been here several times. Each time, my nails look even worse."

"Today, was the second time I visited the salon in 8 years. The first time before today was Mother's Day weekend and Anna had done a marvelous job with my feet and legs. Unfortunately, today was a disaster when it came to my pedicure. Anna wasn't there so I thought I'd give Shelly a try. I had interactions with her before and took a liken to her because she is a funny and down-to-earth person. However, when I'm spending my money I expect to receive great service. And no one is going to tell me what I want or need and then do what they want to do. At that point, the jokes and fun go out the door and that's what I did...walked out in the middle of service. Then they laugh amongst themselves and speak in Spanish as if you don't understand what they're saying. I may not speak or understand Español 100% but I definitely can read between the lines. Every time I've gone to their salon I spend top dollar not including the $20 tips. But I will not be going back there again. If you want to know if I gave her a chance to get it right? Yes! Several times! I told her repeatedly what I wanted and she insisted on doing it her way. All the while, she's speaking in Spanish to her coworkers and laughing. I don't have any photos to share because I immediately went to another salon and had them undo what she had done. NOT GOING BACK EVERRRRRR!"

"When I first went into the shop I thought that I was getting a great deal because their prices weren't that bad. And they do great work however their paint peels quick. I got my nails done this Sunday and literally I peeled the paint off of at least 3 nails. This is like the third time this happened to me so I will no longer be going there to get my nails done but they do also do great work on eyebrows."

"I never put a review but this place I had to Ask for her to make my broken nails the length of my other nails. She was rough the whole time I ask for oval she gave me square She cut down my real nails n I told her not to They not even I'm very unsatisfied Look like I got feet for fingers"

"Great service, took me as a walk in and gave me exactly what I wanted. Pricing was great, gel mani&pedi with color French tip and crystals for 80$. Tech took her time and made sure I was happy with the final. Pedicure was luxury for the basic, will be back soon Update: been back twice now still great service and another great set!! They do prefer appointments though"
