"Sent my daughter for a pedicure for her birthday. PROS: 1. They were open on a Monday and I called to make an appointment (same day). 2. The person on the phone was friendly. 3. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment. 4. Reasonable Price. 5. They did great work. CONS: 1. They take walk ins and my daughter said they took a walk in right before she checked in and this caused her to have to wait (meaning they didn’t start her on time). She said her wait was between 10-15 minutes. This isn’t a huge problem but why take a walk in before someone with an appointment? Meaning, what is the advantage of an appointment if you can just get bumped by a walk in? I understand the concept of money in hand. But I also understand the concept of an appointment. They should be some sort of compromise. Perhaps see if everyone in line has checked in first before you take someone or give people 5 minutes before you take a walk in. She was on time by the way. I will make an appointment for me and see if I experience the same issue."
