I was helped by Liz on the phone, and then picked up what I needed same day, but was checked out by Della (I believe that was her name). Della encouraged me to download the Staples Connect app and explained the benefits, so I signed up considering the benefits are pretty great! I went again yesterday, and was helped by Zelda. All of these ladies were SO wonderful compared to others I've dealt with in the past. Not saying the previous employees were bad by ANY means, but these ladies truly stood out to me. "Getting here with parking is a tiny challenge. You can only come in one way on Bradley and then you have to find parking in a garage. Other than that, everything else is fine. People are helpful if you ask them questions. Good stock of stuff. Parking is free inside of an hour I think."
