"I had been going here for 2 years and usually see Cindy or John. Over time Cindy’s schedule has been busy (we love that for her because she’s great) and she recommended John to me. He had been doing my nails for months and sometimes I’d still see Cindy if our schedules aligned. When scheduling my appointment last month, the website had 2 appointment booking links and I used the old one. When I arrived for my appointment with John, he said I didn’t have an appointment with him and someone else did my nails. I thought it was due to the mix up on their website but after today’s visit now I’m unsure. I arrive today for my appointment, check in and wait for John. I pass John as I’m going to the bathroom and he says I don’t have an appointment with him. I thought he was joking since last time there was a “mixup”. I sit down and wait for a little while then the person who checked me in comes and tells me John doesn’t feel comfortable doing my nails, with no additional explanation. He suggested someone else but at that point I didn’t want to pay my money here. Last month when someone else had to do my nails with the mix up, they started lifting which doesn’t happen when Cindy or John does my nails. I’m not sure what the issue is, but I no longer will be coming here. Overtime they would have longer waits, increased prices, etc. The quality I received was good but as a loyal customer that has referred so many people here this is unacceptable."

"My first time coming here since my nail salon was closed today. The worst pedicure and gel manicure that I have received. It was rushed and poorly done. Coatings are uneven and nail polish residue left on my skin. It looks like something I could have struggled to do myself. I have pictures but I don't see a place to post it."

"We have been here a couple times and the service has been decent but recently it has become worse. My wife and I got manicure and pedicure appointments via their app and decided to confirm via phone on a whim. We wanted to get done up for our upcoming wedding. They told us there was no record on their system of our appointments. What’s even worse, the girls that we had made the appointments with wouldn’t be there that day. The people that work here usually do a great job but it is always rushed. They tend to cut my wife up during either her manicure or pedicure, I usually don’t encounter these issues. My wife’s gel manicure didn’t even last 6 days unfortunately. I’m just glad it lasted long enough to have our wedding. The only perks of this place are the massaging chairs and the ambiance but other than that it’s extremely overpriced based on the experience, how rushed everything is, and how long the polish lasts (gel or not)."

"Mia does great job. BUT I’m so disappointed with the customer service. They should and must do a better job by keeping accurate their samples with the actual colors. I picked one from their samples, and it turned out to be a very different one. I brought up to Mia with the first layer, and she said that might be the light or whatever. But I insisted that it doesn’t look at all the same. I left very unhappy and now, the more I keep looking, the more I get frustrated that I paid for something that I didn’t wanted at all. I go there every two weeks and I pay between $50-100. I called and the manager said “sorry nothing that we can do.” He didn’t showed any intention to provide a good customer service. Well then, you have lost a client. I won’t go back there, I expected a better response to maintain a loyal client happy. I’m a business owner as well, and I don’t any of my client go unhappy.
