"Taylor was an excellent Lovesac guide and salesperson. She was friendly and made us feel comfortable. And most importantly did a great job explaining what components we needed and generated the order for us which is something I couldn’t have done on my own. Sharen was helpful in the delivery process. We had a significant issue with FedEx delivering one of our components and she corrected it immediately and sent us a new box. Great showroom and staff!!"

"I’d give this higher but I can’t. Oscar was great helping us with our couch and putting it together (through FaceTime)…BUT warning they don’t prepare you for how brutal it is to put this couch together. Our couch isn’t big and it came in 16 different boxes that are not light. Once you take each box apart you then have to take cushions out, put all the covers on the cushions (which good luck don’t really fit snug or right at all). Then you have to assemble this couch yourself. It took us 3 hours to try to do this then we had to FaceTime the guy who sold it to us which was another hour. Total of 4.5 hours unpacking and putting together not to mention we still need to fix the covers to fit more snug. It’s not an “easy” couch to assemble by any means ..so don’t be fooled. I still recommend a couch that someone delivers and puts together for you, not worth the hassle and it’s over 6 grand."

Oscar gave us a match of deep and standard size, storage components, and even bedding options. At first building it might seem daunting, but if you lay out your boxes and configuration and stay organized it’s easier than any other box store furniture I’ve built. Whether you live in the city, burbs, or country, the modular option allows you to go as big or small as you want. I’ve had a lot of couches in my life, but I think I’ve found my forever couch!"
