"Not bad, had wine and bags in the pedicure bowels, but I had to request clean tools, she wanted to use some that were already open in her basket....uhm no ma'am Ok I must have forgotten about this experience because I returned! Another bad experience. Gloria butchered my nails they aren’t even dry! Gel not dry good thing I have a lamp at home but the shape is still trash!! Look for yourself the lady who did my feet was ok."

"REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Difficult but not impossible. My credit card company has been notified. I have visited this salon multiple times with the SAME credit card and no such “hold” has ever been applied. When I questioned the total the nail tech Betty told me that she thought I “deserved to be treated” that’s why she added additional service without my permission. Credit card fraud. I asked for a specific service, and the nail tech took it upon herself to add additional services. I gave my card to pay and was stunned to receive a notification that my credit card was charged $50 for a $33 service."

"I got my nails done on Saturday… First, I was irritated because the nail tech was not listening to anything I was asking. The nails were super thin, uneven, and, overall, a mess. Then, my right pointer finger nail broke off the same day. They were closed on Sunday, so Monday I went to get it fixed. They were understanding and fixed it for free, which I appreciated (the reason I gave them two stars instead of one). However, it is now Tuesday and my pinky nail has broken off. I work from home, don’t do heavy lifting, and never had a nail break on me, so for a $60 set to only last four days, I’m highly disappointed. Definitely will not be returning and do not recommend."
