"I have been a patron of this business for several years. I believe they are overpriced. But they were consistent. from time to time. They have had issues with their equipment. thing such as drills, not working. Chairs not working.Today I was getting a pedicure and the pedicure chair cut off every 30 seconds. I looked forward to getting the massage. The chair massage that they usually offer. but today they did not have a chair available that worked. The young lady working on me unplugged the chair several times to reset it, but it still did not work correctly.I dealt with it during the service. I told the young lady that I'm was very disappoint. Ed. at the end of my service. I went to the manager and told her that I was disappointed with my service. Because I looked forward to the massage chair which they usually get offered and have offered over the years. I was told by the manager that is my fault. Everyone speaks English. They can understand and I shouldn't did something about it. Myself pfrom my understanding. Customer service would have told the young lady or the manager that there were other options but I was not provided any additional options. I was not provided a discount or a free service. I was not looking for free service but possibly a discount because my tire service, which is on the paper. The priceless says massage chair pedicure. I am never returning again. and the past several people have complained to the manager. But I didn't know the entire situation. So I continue to come to this place. I would not suggest anyone else. Patronize this business. the management and stat are very disrespectful. they have a issue following your request. if you want great customer service and good work, I would not suggest you patronize this business."

"After over 15 years of coming here I am finally done with coming this Nail Salon. I went yesterday to have a regular pedicure with my Mom. I have Plantar Fasciitis so I get regular pedi's just for the foot massages mainly. So any who, as I am paying attention my Mom's normal nail tech gave her a leg and foot massage like they are supposed to do in a regular pedicure. When that part comes for mine the nail tech just slapped some oil on my leg and never even touched my feet. She was about to put some water on my toe nails so she could begin the polish part. I said "Excuse me are you not going to rub & massage my feet" She proceeded to speak in her language to the nail tech my Mom had and never even answered me back. So my Mom's nail tech asks me what's wrong. I said she never rubbed or massage my leg nor my feet. Can you explain to her I would like the rest of my service. My Mom's nail tech spoke in their language to my nail tech and my nail tech put lotion on my leg and rubbed my leg. I said that's not what I asked. I said my feet you missed that part. I call Mimi over and explain to her what I did not receive in my pedicure. Mimi then gets very rude with me like I am the one giving the pedicure. I explained to Mimi how is it my Mom got her massage and I got nothing? She couldn't give me an answer but she is going back and forth with my Nail Tech. No apology nothing. I said since I am not receiving my full basic pedicure experience I am only paying half. She said no you will be paying full price. I said I didn't get full price service and that is not fair. You need to teach your nail tech's to provide the same service and if they don't then they can stay home. I said this will be my last time coming here and Mimi gives me "Fine". Well fine it is. I didn't even get my nails done I will find somewhere else. Please stop supporting this business. As a Fellow Business Owner this is NOT how you run your business.....lack of great customer service and expect people to keep supporting you. The Owner of this Salon is trash and always been this way but never personally encountered her attitude and bad customer service. It's a shame everyone on here is saying the very same thing."

"I've been waiting over an hour for Tracey to do my nails. I was told initially 30 min then after an hr I asked how much longer it would be and was told that her customer decided to get a full set while she was doing her pedicure. I only came here for a fill in. I've been coming here for years and I've never been so disappointed in my life. I'm leaving here wondering why they didn't just ask me to come another day or why the owner couldn't just do my nails after seeing how frustrated I was. This is soo disappointing"
