"It used to be really nice here. I've been coming here for over 10 yrs and its slowly been declining. First off, all the employees are so busy on their phones that they are not attentive to their clients. When they are not on their phones they are talking amongst each other which intermittently interrupts their focus on your nails. Ive put up with it because they used to be really clean and run on time. I come to the spa to relax and not be stressed because of unfocused employees. When people get spa treatments they are looking to be pampered, not stressed. I had an appointment today, but my technician decided to put a client in front off me even though she knew she would run Into my time. Years past, that was not allowed. They are desperately in need of onsite management."
"Usually they are pretty decent however, anytime I go on a Saturday or another busy time, it’s not been good service. I got a basic pedicure instead of an upgraded one. Apparently basic means incredibly fast, rough, and careless. It says it comes with a massage, I would call what I got very aggressive rubbing with no lotion and little oil which made it very uncomfortable. I would suggest going when they’re not busy if you want a decent pedicure, not a rushed one."
"DO NOT COME HERE ! I’ve been coming here for a year as a loyal customer CLEARLY THE MANAGER WHO DRIVES THE PINK WRAPPED Car outside DOES NOT CARE ABOUT LOYALTY I get my nails done here all the time like I said I’ve been coming here for a year and I went in for a fresh French gel manicure and they charged me extra $10 to make the white lines thinner and more clean looking (which is fine) BUT when I came the next week they charged me $15 for then same thing and I asked why are they charging me $15 instead of the 10 dollar up charge from the previous week?! She said it was always 15 dollars and that I don’t know what I’m talking about and maybe I shouldn’t get French nails if I can’t afford $15 more when I simply asked her why is she charging me extra . I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK !! They over charge for mediocre or just “okay” job"
"The person that did my services was really nice but I don't think she should be doing nails. I told her she forgot the clear coat and she was too old to argue with so it's my fault that I left it alone. The only nail that got the clear coat is the one not chipping with the design that was over priced. The Manicure was not up to par at all. No attention to detail during my manicure. Like cleaning under my nails, pushing my cuticles, she just went through the motions without really doing much. Gel polish started chipping after 2 days and after 5 days in the photo, most were chipping off. First and last time here. I'm sticking to My Mani- Lux. Never disappointed with their services."
"On day 1, things were fine immediately after service, but by day 2, the little rhinestones started falling off. Now it's 4 days later and the gel on one index finger is already starting to peel. I had a feeling things might not go well when I asked for examples of their designs and they had none to offer, so I tried to keep it really simple, but even that backfired. The experience was fine, though - no rudeness, no distracted behaviors, hygienic from what I could see. One manicurist was even firm on the mask policy with a customer, which was reassuring. But the quality? The hunt for a decent gel manicure and design continues~ Update: The last pic is after 9 days. In total, 3 chipped nails and 1 surviving rhinestone for a gel manicure after only 9 days is unacceptable. Definitely won't be back."
