"Bought a bed here four years ago (I have a 10 year warranty) and they will not replace mattress. You cannot talk to anyone on the phone they just email you with the reasons why they will not replace. One of the reasons is because of staining which we did buy a mattress cover from them. Staining has nothing to do with the Integrity of the mattress.. They also denied our claims saying that the stand under the bed was ill-fitting however we bought the mattress and the stand that goes underneath it together. Will NEVER purchase another product here."
