"No customer service. Didn't have change for a $20 bill. Debated with me about the final sale and return policy which is clearly stated online and on the receipt. Food behind the registers as well as other personal items. Smh. Just get in for what you came for and get out. Don't expect anything more. I have shopped at several other Snipes stores and never had this experience. It's obvious having a customer is an inconvenience. They really need to have management present to see the similar complaints customers are experiencing and properly train staff. Don't forget to grab some world-famous Iverson mall cookies on the way out to make the trip worth it!"
