"Worst customer service and service I have experienced in my life. I went to Chic Nails to get my eye brows waxed paid 8 plus a 5 tip got in my car started driving and notice a bolded spot in my eye brows. I was contemplating if I should go back made it home messed with it to see if I could cover it up but that just made me angrier so I when back then initially they claimed to not see the spot then asked for a picture to see how it looked prior then looked at a picture I had with glasses on and told me I already had the spot which I didn't. They were disrespectful and dismissive. They will never get my money again! Maybe I'll try the new stop on the outside of the mall next time."
"Do not patronize Chic Nails in Reisterstown Plaza! Both of my big toes which they painted white with a separate bottle, turned brown during my birthday trip to Mexico! When I came in her comments to me where it's been too long! I was like I was out of the country! And then she had the nerve to say I don't know what you were doing! And refused to work with me in any way wanted to charge me full price to fix it! They use compromised nail polish. Probably add solvent to thin it out and stretch it further. That's what another nail salon said this is a result of. The owner is not friendly in very rude! Take your money elsewhere."
