"As a business, we spend lots of money annually with this company. When our company was in NJ we loved our driver and deliveries would always come on-time. Now that we moved to Bethlehem getting our orders has been a nightmare. Things that should be delivered the next day are taking several days and usually the order is incomplete. Strange that we moved closer to the Allentown warehouse and now everything is upside down............As I am typing this review, we are waiting now three days for an order that should have been here last week. We are going to look into what Staples can offer.........."

"Not sure how this company operates. Constantly missing items. Inaccurate packing slips. Customer service is horrible."

"I have never had so many problems with a supply company. One day delivery is a joke. We have chronic problems with the delivery driver, he lies, doesn’t deliver or when he does, it’s the wrong items. Customer service is a joke too, they clearly don’t communicate with the warehouse. I have called and spoken with a manager and they say they’re going to fix it but nothing ever happens."

"Lexi called today and totally lied to me trying to buy stuff from her telling me I was a customer. I've never been a customer and she was calling a phone for a local office I just opened with a brand new phone number. When challenged she hung up. When I called back she insisted I was a customer and hung up when I asked for a supervisor. Not a company I'd EVER do business with who tries to run scams on me. Also interesting on their Facebook page they've removed the "reviews" section. Apparently they don't want people reviewing them. STOP telemarketing and lying to get cash!"
