I’ve had to call to ask questions and they answer the phone in a timely manner & answers the questions in a reasonable time after placing you on hold to talk to the vet."

"I rescued a queen kitten last winter and she had 4 kittens. Two of the babies were adopted out but I had to get mama and two kittens fixed. After spending $1k+ for the two females to get spayed at the vet, I looked for a more affordable option for the male kitten. Can't recommend this place enough! The site is super clean, detailed instructions were given, everyone that we interacted with was so nice, and all scheduling and billing done online. For the service and office, you wouldn't know it was a "low cost" option, there is no cutting corners for the animals. Terri did great with his surgery, and I saved a ton of money.
