I asked what the managers name was one of the associates by the name Teresa said that the managers name was Abigail I’m going off what Teresa replayed with however, would that be exactly the manager name I dealt with. I’m not so sure however, if there is a district manager fire Abigail she has been awful. She had a line where people were waiting over half an hour to get served with 4 cash register ladies on the spot. I would’ve hoped for that specific location would’ve had improved in the last past few years but it’s gotten even worse. How are you expecting to make any money at that location"

"The. cashier is very rude. Tha short lady with the black ling hair.. I think they look what you wear. Then will treat you better. If you go there with just jogging pants and hoodie. They wont wait on you..the stuff i bought. She just throw it the bag not even putting some tissue. When i ask her. She just make faces.. i will never come back to this store"

"My experience at this store was awful. I’ll acknowledge that the only component employee they have is a Latina young lady that was working the front area on Saturday afternoon September 23rd. Not only did she greet us upon entering the store, she also assisted in sizing my grandmother and myself given that after calling for assistance from her fellow coworkers, no one showed. She even guided us to the part of the store that had the type of bras that we were interested in purchasing so to her, 5 stars. Now the reason for the low score is the horrible and uneducated person they have working in the back counter as a cashier. I didn’t get her name but she was God awful. When I asked her if I could add another item to the purchase, she nearly had a heart attack as if going back to the previous screen would end her life. At the end of the day, selling more products should be their goal, no? She then made a snarky remark when I asked for a separate bag. I made it clear that if I could afford a $90 bra, .05 cents for a bag wouldn’t hurt my pockets. I will stick to purchasing online."
