"We had a fantastic experience with LA Stone. We wanted to replace our countertops, including an island, and the backsplash. Joyce took great care of us in the selection process. We were able to select the slab of granite we needed from the wide range they had in stock so we were able to see the exact piece we were going to get but if you can't find what you want there, they have an extensive catalog that you can choose from. The installation experience was great. It was done in just one day and with no damage to my newly painted kitchen. They even installed a new cooktop I bought to replace an aging one in the island. They removed all the old stuff and cleaned everything up. The result is absolutely beautiful so if you are looking to upgrade your kitchen, I really recommend you check out LA Stone."

"We made an appointment with this company who quoted us $1200. We set the date and time aside and provided all materials. They called a day before the schedule appointment and said "We made a mistake, its going to cost you $3200 to install your backsplash" Its bad enough that they were charging $1200 in installation costs when they were providing none of the materials just for a simple 30sq ft backsplash. But to waste our time and then nearly triple the price the day before is laughable. Its companies like these that are robbing homeowners which are going to contribute to an economic collapse in our country.. Very very sad."
