"Got my haircut the last 3 times there And it was terrible the last time I went the third time. The lady tried to fix it and straighten it up and she couldn't even do It went to a Barber and got it done right You would think for $17. They would have someone there that knew what they were doing."

"I just got my hair cut there yesterday and repeatedly asked and confirmed with the stylist that I wanted my hair at my shoulders. It's above my shoulders and uneven. I also repeatedly asked for her to cut my bangs, but instead she just went over them with the Scissors and now there's a chunk of hair missing on my right side. This is embarssing, I have to be on TV soon and my hair looks a mess. I didn't realize how bad it was yesterday because I got it cut between errands. Too short, uneven, she thinned it out too much to and my bangs are uneven and no where near curtain bangs. I'm never coming back. The stylist was very nice and I appreciated the conversation, but it doesn't fix my hair. I apologize for the rough review, but my hair is terrible and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed."

"WORST HAIRCUT EVER! I have to say my previous cut was a good one. I’ve been back at Great Clips since the start of covid and my haircuts have been doable with my previous one the best, however, this last one was horrible. After 45 minutes of cutting, I had to ask her to fix it then when she couldn’t fix it properly I had to have the Assistant Manager step in and fix a really bad hair cut. I came in with longer hair, told her 2 inches, she took off 3. Very uneven, layered in the back, shorter layers then I had or wanted and uneven all around. Front had NO layers. It was horrible. Sad this happened before Christmas. I won’t be back. The AM gave me the h/c for free thankfully and she was nice. I tried to be as nice as I could but wow. 1.5 hrs in the store and I guess I’ll have to let it grow before I can have it fixed again."
