"Crystal is the worst nail technician I have ever experienced. Rude, nasty, full of herself and has the personality of a rock. I went in for a regular manicure/pedicure and was given the worst service. She cut up my toes and had an attitude when I would squirm in pain. My nails are also all different shapes and sizes after she had “shaped” them. I didn’t say anything because she would ignore me when I did try to speak to her. She also treats men like top class clients but when she has a female client she treats them like dirt. Even after I had a terrible experience I still tipped her out of respect for the customer service industry and she snatched my tip and acted like she was too good for it. She didn’t even say thank you. There are many other nail technicians in that store that have higher quality work and have amazing customer service."

"Chose this nail salon on a whim due to being in the area on business. I was not disappointed. My nail tech, Tris, did an excellent job. There are no irregularities to note, she removed my cuticles and filed my nail bed into perfect almond shapes. I tipped her 50% because she deserved it! I will definitely be returning on my next trip."
