"To preface, the vet staff are great (from the two appointments I’ve had). My one star is a reflection of the customer service & the fact that I paid for the CareClub plan which turned out to be a huge waste of money. The concept of the CarePlan made sense, however, my dog was only able to get two appointments at this facility over the course of an entire year. If your dog needs to be seen asap, they will not accommodate and you typically need to book weeks out. Unfortunately, I cannot foresee weeks out when my dog may need to come in to be checked out. It’s nice that shots were covered under the CareClub plan but besides that, there are several other vets in the area that may cost a bit more but will accommodate a sick dog or a dog with an injury instead of having you plan for weeks out which happened when my dog was suffering from a bad ear infection and I was told I could bring him in 3 weeks to VCA. I had an appointment scheduled for today where I called in advance to confirm that my dogs shots would still be covered under the CareClub plan and was told that they absolutely would. When I arrived, I was told this was not the case and that I would have to pay out of pocket which would total to about $425. When I said I would go somewhere else, I was asked if I wanted to renew the CareClub plan. Absolutely not."

"The customer service is poor. They switch schedules and veterinarian on their clients without proper notifications. They have turned care away for insured customers. I do not recommend . We all deserve to feel like we getting the best care when we are paying customers. Who is Jamie Aaron ? I was already used to my regular vet."

"Love this place. Very personable staff, honest and knowledgeable. They were so supportive at end of life for my Rottie Morocco. Now we have Mangochi and they continue to to be the greatest. Won't go anywhere else."
